Role Overview

Reporting to the Country CFO and functionally aligned with the VP, Tax & Customs (UK), the Philippines Tax Director will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of tax strategies, compliance, and advisory services across the Philippine business. This role ensures alignment with CCEP’s global tax strategy while managing local tax obligations, audits, and planning initiatives. The role also contributes to regional and global tax projects and represents the Philippines in CCEP’s tax leadership forums.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Own and implement CCEP’s tax strategy, policy, and governance framework in the Philippines.
• Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Represent the Philippines in global tax leadership meetings and contribute to group-wide initiatives (e.g., Pillar 2, Profectus, Longview).
