Overview

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the planning, implementation, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional IT programs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, aligning initiatives with the company's overall business goals
• Assemble high-performing teams, delegating responsibilities and providing hands-on guidance to ensure seamless project execution
• Anticipate and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective change management strategies
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget
• Drive continuous process improvement, implementing best practices and leveraging data-driven decision making
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing regular updates and making recommendations to enhance programme success
