Job descriptionStrategy : Deliver and maintain data-driven solutions core to Group Operations strategy. Business : Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock value from data sets; engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects. Processes : Explore leading methodologies and best practices; import successful methodologies from international markets. Risk Management : Prepare and track artefacts such as epics on JIRA, risks and issues, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan and initiative plans. Governance : Ensure programme delivery aligns with the Bank’s control and governance framework; ensure deliverables are stored for audit. Regulatory & Business Conduct : Display exemplary conduct and embed the highest standards of ethics and compliance; lead to achieve outcomes in line with Conduct Principles. Business Analysts, Business Partners, COO Business, ITO, CDO, internal staff, clients and third parties. Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and prioritise AI use cases with potential for significant business value; develop business cases including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and ROI estimation. Delivery experience in technology or business programmes. Strong change management principles and enterprise experience. Programme management discipline with understanding of agile principles. Stakeholder management and strong communications skills. Education : Certification in PMP / Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner is a plus. Languages : Business communication proficiency. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of PMO experience in large, complex, multi-geography projects; experience in agile methodologies; strong ownership and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; strong knowledge of Clarity and NWOW standards; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Overview
Director, AI Programme (Philippines, Singapore) at Standard Chartered . This role could be based in the Philippines or Singapore. When you start the application process you will be presented with a country dropdown; please select a country where the role is based.
Responsibilities
- Review, control and report on the financial status of the individual workstream and overall programme as per the bank’s standards and workstream governance.
- Support and coordinate performance / benefits reporting, budgeting and forecast processes.
- Prepare status reporting for stakeholders and programme office, including Agile ceremonies such as refinement forums and other engagements as required.
- Implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring and updating programme metrics.
- Ensure Clarity is up to date with key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and that they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies.
- Ensure submissions to committees and working groups are of the right quality and timely.
- Implement programme closure procedures.
