Research and Development Officer

Job Description :

We are hiring an R&D Officer for an appliances company located near SM Cherry Antipolo. This role focuses on designing, developing, and improving appliances to meet customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct market research and feasibility studies

Design and test new appliance prototypes

Improve efficiency and safety of existing products

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams

Prepare documentation and technical reports

Monitor industry trends and competitors

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Business-related course

2–3 years R&D or product development experience

Knowledge of appliance safety and energy standards

Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
