Operations Officer - 3 yrs Experience

TL AISA : QUALIFICATIONS :

• With CSP holder and BOSH training
• With valid SO License & Driver's License
• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any course
• Updated 201 files w / local requirements & social benefit numbers
• With atleast 3-5 years experience as Operations Officer or related field
• Computer literate
• Has strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Security Management, Security Risk & Assessment, Security Survey and Security Investigation
• Can handle multiple accounts in NCR and South Luzon areas.
• Physically & mentally fit
• Can handle stressful situations and problem solving skills
• With 4-wheel and motorcycle driving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee daily operational activities across departments

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports

Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals

Manage budgets and resource allocation

Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Support strategic planning and execution

Lead and mentor operational staff

Facilitate communication between departments

Manage vendor and supplier relationships

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient operations
