o Manage and respond to sales requests promptly and efficiently.
o Report to the APAC Operation Team Leader and Country Manager on sales activities and operations.
o Facilitate the flow of information and updates between all relevant parties.
o Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve processes.
Qualifications :
1. With experience in backend support or after-sales in any Financial Services.
2. Good communication skills in both verbal and written. (English and Tagalog)
3. Knowledge in Google Workspace and Excel Sheet.
4. Background in CRM system is a plus.
5. Must be a team player.
6. Must be residing in NCR or nearby provinces. (Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan)
