TL AISA : Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Atleast 2 years experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Participate in employer branding initiatives
Improve and manage the candidate experience
Assist with onboarding of new hires
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress
Attend job fairs and recruitment events
