Job description5+ years\' experience using AngularJS, React or Vue Easily able to translate designs and wireframes into high quality code and validate the technical feasibility of UX / UI designs Expert at optimizing the bundling size, initial paint time, error handling, and performance tweaking Has built Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and used IndexedDB, Service Workers Expert using Web App build tool chains (WebPack, etc.) Expert and multiple deployment technologies for Web applications, usage of CDNs, and Cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud) Able to comfortably write SQL and use Linux Participate in projects that span multiple teams from requirements to production in a fast-paced environment Experienced with Feature Flag development and / or A / B Testing Fluent communication in English, both verbally and written, to all levels within the organization including non-technical audience BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience The opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing B2B FinTech company and get in at the ground level. Overview
The client provides Trade and Payment solutions in the B2B space between Suppliers and Buyers. They\'ve approved over $1 billion in Trade Payments for thousands of SMBs. As an established leader in Australia and a new entrant to the U.S., they\'re looking to grow their Front-end Web engineering leadership. The right candidate will love writing beautiful and responsive web front ends that end-users find joy to use.
Most of their web development teams are in the Philippines and Vietnam.
Role / Responsibilities
- Lead the Web Front-end Software Engineering teams that are located across Philippines and Vietnam
- Spend 50% or more of your time writing the core infrastructure code for our web front ends in AngularJS
- Work closely with the UX design team in designing and creating UIs that work well across multiple web platforms for U.S., Australian and European markets
