Senior E-Commerce Executive (Hybrid 1x / month RTO)

Job descriptionOversee listings, pricing, account health, and monitor high-risk orders. Manage chargebacks, disputes, and resolve customer / order issues. Maintain sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify process inefficiencies, maintain SOPs, and organize resources. Track competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions for adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience. Skilled in managing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok. Digital marketing skills : SEO, SEM & paid ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, Mandated contributions HMO on the first day 13th month pay Performance Review
Responsibilities :
- Process orders accurately and timely across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
- Handle lost / damaged claims, FBA / FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal
purchases.
