Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time across all platforms (Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, eBay).
- Manage claims, FBA / FBM accuracy, frame replacements, and affiliate / internal orders.
- Handle listings, pricing, and account health across all platforms.
- Oversee and manage lost or damaged item claims, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Support order issues, customer communication, and high-risk order monitoring.
- Maintain sales reports, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Identify inefficiencies, develop and maintain SOPs, and organize key resources.
- Track competitor strategies to adjust pricing and promotions.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve operations through data insights.
Qualifications
