Job Description

• Own and scale the e-commerce business for a leading prestige beauty brand , covering both marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels
• Drive commercial performance across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora – including campaign execution, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
• Manage the brand’s P&L , budget, and demand planning to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, warehouse, data, platform representatives) to ensure operational excellence
• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s positioning while maximizing ROI
• Analyze data, consumer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance
• Prepare and present regular business reviews and reporting to internal and brand stakeholders
• Ensure optimal assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics are in place for high campaign impact
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency
