Required Experience :
・Native-level or JLPT N2 equivalent Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
・Conversational English skills
・Professional business etiquette and organizational skills
・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
・Detail-oriented and capable of handling tasks accurately and efficiently
・Experience working in a Japanese company
・Background in sales support, order processing, or customer service is highly preferred.
・Familiarity with trade or logistics operations is an advantage
・Involved with start-up or new business operations
