Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Voice-based International Account. In this role, you will handle calls from global customers, assisting them with product or service inquiries, billing concerns, technical issues, and general support. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and / or outbound calls from international customers
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services
Assist with billing, account updates, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and empathy
Document all call details clearly and accurately in the system
Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, etc.)
Follow company guidelines and processes at all times
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; college undergrad / graduate preferred
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
At least 6 months of BPO experience preferred but not required for qualified applicants
Willing to work on night shifts, holidays, and weekends
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems while on a call
Customer-focused with good listening and problem-solving skills
