JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Ensures that the internal recruitment and staffing needs are met while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select candidates that match client specifications.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
2. Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.3. Compliance and Policy Development
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining compliance across all HR practices.Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with changes in legislation or company objectives.4. Performance Management
Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance in accordance with the needs of clients.Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and career development.5. Training and Development
Identify training needs and oversee the development of training programs for employees.Coordinate onboarding and continuous professional development opportunities.6. Reporting and Analytics
Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates and recruitment efficiency, to inform strategic decisions.Prepare regular reports for management regarding HR-related metrics and trends.7. Team Management
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring alignment with agency goals and promoting professional / growth.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
2. High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Proactive and self-motivated.
5. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a manpower agency or recruitment firm.Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics for decision-making.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Adept at conflict resolution and employee relations.Willing to occasionally travel to client sites or industry events
