Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology or any related course.

✨At least 5 years of work experience in HR Business Partner role.

✨Experience working as HR Generalist in BPO Industry.

✨Willing to work at shifting schedule

✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Coordinate with operations and assist leader in identifying the workforce needs of the company.

✨ Develop solutions that will support the company productivity and lead initiatives in employee engagement.

✨ Responsible in handling employee issues and conflict resolution.

✨Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies

✨Prepare accurate HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
