1. Prepare / Draft Organizational structure by updating job requirements and respective Job Description for all positions.
2. Write directives advising department heads of the organization of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee’s benefits.
3. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
4. Consults legal counsel to ensure that the policies comply with DOLE.
5. Recruits, Interviews, Test and select right employees to fill vacant positions of the company.
6. Oversee investigation of Incident Reports.
7. Maintain & conduct of human resources staff in management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance evaluations safety etc.
8. Coaching & Counseling of employees.
9. Advices Management in appropriate resolution of employee’s relation issues.
