Job descriptionAbout the Job : HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig) | Onsite Responsibilities : Lead and oversee the onboarding team, ensuring accurate reports and analytics. Manage contract renewals with recruitment partners. Ensure risk and compliance management for pre-employment documentation and medical exams in accordance with company standards, government regulations, and client requirements. Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to onboarding. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Over 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience. At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, along with over 5 years in leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk & compliance management. Willing to work onsite full-time at our BGC, Taguig office. Flexible to work during graveyard shifts.
