Job Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any 4 yrs course.
  • With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.
  • With strong knowledge of Business acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
  • Must have leadership competency skills. (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management. )
  • Ability to manage change and support HR transformation initiatives using data.
  • Familiarity with common HRIS platforms.

    • Job Overview :

  • Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion.
  • Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
  • Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively,
  • Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
  • Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems.
  • Creates and conducts training on HRIS / DMA matters based on established procedures.
