Job Description
- Develop and implement annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Manage P&L for assigned brands, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Drive innovation pipeline and oversee product launches from concept to execution.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Manage external agencies (creative, media, research) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust plans to optimize results.
- Champion brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in leading successful brand campaigns and product innovations.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
