Recruitment Assistant

Job descriptionReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate interview details and follow-ups with candidates. Maintain regular communication with applicants regarding their application status. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases. Track application statuses and generate reports as needed. Support new hire documentation and onboarding arrangements. Facilitate communication between new employees and relevant departments. Prepare recruitment-related documentation and correspondence. Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain confidentiality of candidate information at all times. Perform other administrative duties related to recruitment as assigned by the HR team.
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to start immediately and willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

- Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, social networks, and other channels.
