We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless staffing delivery. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — ensuring that every placement, onboarding, and engagement runs smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role :
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between clients and our internal recruitment teams. You’ll oversee the client experience from placement to onboarding, ensuring that both clients and deployed staff are fully supported and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead client onboarding ensuring new clients have a seamless start, from contract handover to first placement.
Provide proactive account management and ongoing support, maintaining regular communication with active clients.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure high-quality staffing delivery and service consistency.
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback or testimonials to highlight success stories.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within active accounts.
Reconnect with previous clients to explore new staffing opportunities and rebuild relationships.
Track key account metrics (e.g., retention, fill rates, satisfaction scores) and provide reports to management.
Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are represented and met.
