In the absence of the President & Vice President, the General Manager performs the functions of the General Manager, upon delegation of the latter. The General Manager shall have the following functions :
- Ensure that all objectives, policies, projects, plans and programs of the company are adequately complied.
- Establish policy and management direction affecting production and operations strategies.
- Has direct supervision and authority over the Managers, including the Administration Manager, Engineering Manager, Laboratory Manager and Production Manager :
Monitoring and reviewing of production reports
Evaluating performances of the Managers for corrective action or commendationReviewing production, laboratory and maintenance vis‑à‑vis performance of Manager’s annually for salary adjustment recommendation to President.Establish policy and management direction affecting the company’s operations, specifically involving the following :Production Strategies
Fixed asset Acquisition and ManagementScheduling and approval for Payment of Capital and Expense AccountsReviews major contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the company is advantaged and substantially insulated from any future legal problems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
