Painting Department Supervisor (47712) - Lipa, Batangas

8 AM - 5 PM, With Saturday schedule

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with liquid painting on plastic (resin) parts.
• Ability to operate, adjust, and set up painting equipment as a hands-on engineer.
• Experience leading a small team as a leader or supervisor.
• Desired Experience and Skills
• Knowledge of or experience with powder coating
• Experience operating or teaching painting robots.
• Practical experience with painting automotive parts or electronic device housings.

Responsibilities

Operate, set conditions for, and troubleshoot painting equipment, particularly liquid painting lines.

Perform high-quality painting work personally as an active team member.

Assign tasks and manage progress based on production plans.

Manage and train team members.
