Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm EST with 30 minutes unpaid break
Client timezome : EST

Responsibilities

Design and build workflow process boards in Monday.com platform

Create scalable board templates that can be replicated across multiple clients

Perform systematic data entry and board setup for 100-400+ client implementations per project

Collaborate with internal team members on technical requirements and specifications

Execute repetitive technical tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Adapt and modify board structures based on evolving business needs

Requirements

Experience with Monday.com platform or similar workflow management tools

MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER

Software development background with ability to understand technical discussions

Strong problem-solving skills for building scalable solutions

Patience for repetitive tasks while maintaining technical precision

Excellent communication skills to discuss technical concepts with team

Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing project requirements
