AI & Automation Specialist

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid leave
• Client time zone : UK

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a tech-savvy AI & Automation Specialist to build a personalised AI assistant system for a busy company director. This role blends coding, automation, and workflow design to streamline communications, scheduling, and daily operations using ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements

Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

Experience with APIs (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, OpenAI).

Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, Make).

Familiarity with email automation (IMAP, SMTP, API-based).

Proven experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or automation tools.

Desirable Additional Skills :

CRM and calendar optimisation.

UX / UI for automation dashboards.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
