About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Automation and Data Specialist to join our IT and Operations team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our data management and automation projects, working closely with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance our reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data manipulation, automation tools, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

Requirements Proven experience in a data-driven or automation-focused role. Strong understanding of data schema, data parsing, and workflow automation principles. Proficiency with Google Sheets and a good understanding of data aggregation and reporting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. A proactive attitude and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement. Experience with automation platforms (e.g., N8N) and sales / marketing tools (e.g., Lusha, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
