Schedule :

• Full-time (40 hours per week) 8am to 5pm with 1hr unpaid break  PST

Job Description :

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the vital link between patients and our client’s medical team.  You’ll manage a high volume of patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and navigate state-of-the-art EMR software. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while making a tangible difference in patient care. Requirements

Fluency in English (written and verbal) Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service Solid understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly adapt to new software Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote operations
