Senior Manager, Brand Gaming

Job Description

• Drive research, leadership, advising and strategy for gaming and the hospitality industry based on consumer insights.
• Oversee the execution of research plans, ensuring alignment of brand strategy and adapting with evolving business needs.
• Expert knowledge of custom research methodologies.  Proficient at vendor and stakeholder relationship management, and leading custom research initiatives to deliver strategic and tactical insights.
• Collaborate with and influence brand teams to drive better business outcomes.
• Contribute to the creative development process, informing concept development and assessment by representing the voice of the consumer.
• Act as an organizational leader on insights and performance, understanding how varying data affects different customers; including competitive trends, environmental influences and investment performance.
• Strong understanding of secondary and syndicated data sources, including their strengths and weaknesses.
• Curious and open to new methodologies with a drive to grow the toolkit to strengthen business objectives.
