QA OP Profee Medical Coder

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Medical Coder, located in Subic / Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Quality Assurance Medical Coder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical coding, reviewing coded documents, and maintaining compliance with coding standards. Daily tasks include auditing and coding medical records, tracking coding performance, and providing feedback to coding teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience and AHIMA or AAPC certification holder
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Proficiency in Medical Coding practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experienced in the same role - QA OP
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Background with Medical Coding tools / systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field of Allied Medical courses
