🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions across home health, hospice, and assisted living divisions
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for both clinical (nurses, aides, therapists) and administrative roles
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Present qualified, well-vetted candidates to the US-based hiring team
💼 Collaboration & Pipeline Management
Partner closely with in-office recruiters to prioritize urgent and hard-to-fill rolesMaintain clear candidate tracking and communication within ATS or CRM systemsBuild and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and future recruitment needs in MinnesotaProvide consistent updates and insights on recruiting progress and market trends📢 Candidate Engagement & Outreach
