🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions across home health, hospice, and assisted living divisions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for both clinical (nurses, aides, therapists) and administrative roles
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Present qualified, well-vetted candidates to the US-based hiring team
