Job Description

This critical after-hours position puts you at the heart of healthcare operations, ensuring facilities have the qualified staff they need during the most challenging coverage periods. You'll be the vital link between healthcare facilities facing urgent staffing needs and a network of registered nurses and personal care workers ready to step in. Working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you'll handle time-sensitive requests that directly affect patient care, making split-second decisions that keep healthcare operations running smoothly across hundreds of facilities nationwide.

Requirements

Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in coordination, customer service,or similar client-facing roles Exceptional communication skills with confidence to speak with healthcare professionals and facility managers Assertive personality with ability to push back when necessary and handle high-pressure, urgent situations Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Proven track record of reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience working efficiently with multiple software systems simultaneously Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts with minimal supervision Strong sense of urgency and excellent prioritization skills in fast-paced environments Comfortable working evening and weekend hours as part of near 24 / 7 operations team
