Vice President Construction Management

The Vice President of Construction Management is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations across multiple projects and regions. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The VP will lead a team of project managers, engineers, and field staff, while collaborating with executive leadership to align construction strategies with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement construction strategies that support company growth and operational excellence.
• Strategic Leadership : Lead long-term planning for construction initiatives, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the execution of all construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Project Oversight : Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing construction team.
• Team Management : Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Development, Finance, Legal) and external partners (e.g., contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies).
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership on construction matters.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
