The Inventory Management Executive will be responsible for supply planning, inventory management and forecasting.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Understand and comply with company’s inventory purchase policy to ensure purchase orders are initiated timely and appropriatelyTrack order status with suppliers and regularly update the Microsoft AX System with ETAPrepare costing for shipments and input costing accurately in the systemGenerate Inventory Reports and Stock Aging Reports for Sales and MarketingReview inventory levels periodically and propose write-off for damaged / expired / non-tradable stockMonitor inventory records in ERP and perform regular stock reconciliation against WMSParticipate in annual stock count; maintain item master in ERPMaintain and improve product quality; resolve inventory quality issuesImprove inventory turnover and reduce holding costsEngage in Demand Plan Analysis (ABC, lot stock, minimum stock) and related data analysisOther duties as assignedQualifications
