Job descriptionTechnical Duties : Oversee First Inspection Confirmations (FIC), In-Process Checks (IPC), and Nonconformity Reports (NCR). Monitor daily production activities and shipment tracking. Perform simulations and investigations for non-conforming products (NG detection). Support corrective and improvement actions and monitor effectiveness. Attend production meetings and prepare detailed progress reports. Draft, revise, and manage production-related documents. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Monitor and update SAP transactions and inventory records. Review material usage, approve leave applications, and issue production documents. Read and interpret sterilization results and machine check procedures. Investigate production issues and initiate Internal Task Requests (ITRF). Support cost reduction and production capacity improvement initiatives. Monitor and update attendance records. Administrative Duties : Supervise two or more subordinates at Worker Level. Evaluate subordinates’ performance and provide training for competency improvement. Recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions for subordinates. Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress. Assess performance of regular and probationary subordinates. Approve leave applications and manage attendance and tardiness. General Duties : Follow the Company Code of Conduct (COC), QMS, and EMS standards. Ensure workplace safety and maintain honesty when handling company resources. Maintain 5S in all aspects of duties and responsibilities. Foster respectful and professional relationships with colleagues.
Salary : 20,000 - 25,000
Required Experience :
- College graduate in any four-year course.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or quality support role.
- Familiarity with medical manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in SAP or other production / ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor data and identify process improvements.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
