Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, and involves engaging with prospective clients through phone and digital channels to identify their needs and convert them into new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales activities

Qualify and nurture leads to understand their requirements and pain points

Deliver compelling product / service demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

Effectively negotiate and close sales deals within your assigned territory

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and the competitive landscape

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and campaign initiatives

Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve processes and strategies

What we're looking for

1-2 years of proven experience in an inside sales, telesales, or business development role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools

Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
