Handle inbound and / or outbound calls, representing a major client in the technical sector.

Qualifications & Requirements :
Educational Background : You must be at least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or a College Graduate (undergraduate or finished).
BPO Experience : A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Voice or Blended BPO / Call Center role is required.
We prioritize candidates with a background in Sales, Technical Support, or Telecommunications.
Communication & Sales Prowess : You must possess excellent, fluent English communication skills and a demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and confidently close a sale.
Availability : Must be willing to work a shifting schedule, including night shifts (graveyard), weekends, and Philippine holidays.
