HDMF Loan Associate

Job descriptionTransmit buyers’ loan document folders to the Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) and ensure proper tracking and acknowledgment. Maintain close coordination with Pag-IBIG Fund or other financing institutions regarding the status and updates of buyers’ loan applications. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Documentation, Accounting) to address concerns related to HDMF accounts and ensure smooth loan processing. Update and maintain HDMF status monitoring sheets or systems for accurate and timely reporting of loan application progress. Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of financing operations.
Document Processing
- Prepare, collate, and facilitate the execution of HDMF loan contracts for qualified buyers.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
