Overall Duties And Responsibilities

Leads the CRM function, which covers all aspects of direct marketing campaign development and execution, including precision marketing practices, customer lifecycle management, analytics and insight mining, and channel management.
Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.
Leads the continuous improvement of CRM processes, practices, tools, and skill sets to drive more effective campaign development, execution, and portfolio optimization.
Champions the use of customer lifetime value as the north star for all company initiatives, CRM or otherwise.

Key Result Areas & Performance Indicators

Customer : Monthly Active Users, Daily Active Users, Transaction Frequency, Transaction Value.

Financial : Customer Revenue, Customer Contribution Margin, Customer Lifetime Value.

Process : Campaign Development Throughput, Campaign Execution SLA Compliance, Campaign Execution Quality.

People : Creates a highly collaborative culture founded upon principles of Supportive Leadership and Radical Candor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, economics, or industrial engineering.

MBA from a top global program or previous experience in strategy consulting is a plus.

10+ years of working experience in marketing, strategy, or analytics functions. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent presentation skills.
