Job Description
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop product roadmaps and value propositions
- Optimize product portfolio based on performance and market trends
- Guide pricing, positioning, and differentiation strategies
2. Go-To-Market Execution
- Lead GTM strategies for new launches and refreshes
- Align cross-functional teams on product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Approve launch timelines, messaging, and rollout plans
3. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Translate insights into product planning and innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor product KPIs (sell-in / sell-out, margin, market share)
- Identify gaps and opportunities in execution
- Adjust plans based on performance trends
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Liaise with R&D, Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams
- Facilitate planning and GTM readiness reviews
- Promote alignment and speed-to-market
The Successful Applicant
Experience :
- 10+ years in product marketing or category management
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in launching and growing product lines
Skills :
- Strategic planning and lifecycle management
- Market segmentation and value proposition design
- Sales enablement and messaging
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot
