The Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing is a strategic and results-driven role that contributes to the effectiveness and optimization of our end-to-end customer journey. This individual will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Communications, Design, and Product teams to deliver seamless and impactful lifecycle marketing strategies.
As a Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing at SAVii, you will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing customer lifecycle strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Partnering with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product or Design teams to identify goals and objectives that ensure lifecycle marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth targets.
- Designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns using various channels.
- Using data-driven insights to improve campaigns, messaging, and channel strategies.
- Utilizing behavioral or transactional data to inform lifecycle strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, including funnel conversion rates, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working with different marketing teams to provide lifecycle marketing support and ensuring initiatives align with expected user experience.
We’re looking for a leader who has :
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.A proven track record of leading and mentoring marketing teams.Expertise in marketing automation platforms.Proficient in analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau to track and interpret data.A strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with varying project streams.When you join SAVii, you’re joining a company that values visionary leadership.
