2. Receive responds to varied general questions from applicants, employees or managers

4. Determine whether or not applicant or employee meets eligibility requirements for employment
5. Discuss eligibility issues with applicant or employee
6. Review forms as well as enters information in the human resource information system accurately thoroughly
7. Complete routine assignments independently

9. Develop general reports information on human resource activities as requested
10. Prepare as well as processes new hire forms personnel actions - Assist in the completion maintenance of personnel files
11. Respond to incoming phone calls takes messages in the absence of management personnel
12. Conducts background checking for Newly Hired and Probationary Employees.
13. Checks and maintains control over the database and trackers of the Team. -Monitors and double-checks the Agency-based Employees due for Employment Absorption.
14. Assists in developing new strategic plans for the Team.
15. Addressing any employment relations issues
16. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval -In charge of benefit / s payment, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig
17. Processing of timekeeping related reports for payroll processing
18. Other tasks may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
