Join us as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) focused on planning, coordination, and cross-team alignment. You’ll translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, maintain delivery momentum, and remove blockers so the Development Team can execute.
Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery plans across multiple workstreams (planning → execution → release → stabilization).
Break initiatives into scoped epics / sprints with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and run disciplined change control.
Keep the Asana roadmap up to date; track dependencies, critical path, and scope shifts.
Run stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros with a focus on flow, blockers, and outcomes.
Drive timely, executive‑ready status reporting (RAG, milestones, risks, decisions / asks).
Operations Partnership (Coordination Only)
Serve as the daily counterpart to Operations Managers for capacity planning, schedule alignment, and escalation handling.
Translate operational requirements and delivery constraints into clear technical priorities and achievable sprint goals.
Align delivery timelines with Operations calendars and client commitments.
Cross‑Team Alignment & Quality
Coordinate with Product, Development Team Leads, QA, and stakeholders to keep scope / acceptance criteria unambiguous.
Release readiness checks (requirements, test plans, sign‑offs) are completed before release handoff.
Capture lessons learned and fold them into continuous improvement of planning and execution.
Collaboration Model
CTO : priorities, architectural direction, decision escalations.
Development Team Leads : delivery ownership; you coordinate plans, unblock dependencies, and track commitments.
Operations Managers : capacity / schedule alignment and escalation partner (no ops ownership for this role).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT project management.
Strong Agile / Scrum skills; expert with boards / roadmaps, dependencies, and change control.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
The TPM should be conversant in APIs, environments, cloud platforms, databases, version control, software architecture, testing, scripting, and security principles.
