Maintenance Technician

Bound For KSA

Support and maintain data processing and display, VTC and communications hardware. This

includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing and upgrading all corporate hardware and

equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and

accurate manner and provide end user training and assistance where required.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Troubleshooting, installation, repair, problem diagnosis, and implementation.

 Assists in the processes, by which requests and inquiries related to hardware, local area

networks, and wide area networks, host systems communications are received, screened,

prioritized, and resolved.

 Assistance, installations, and general maintenance; logs calls and takes appropriate action

• to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the user community;

provides management and status reports on all requests.

 Performs other related duties as required.

SKILLS :

 Ability to diagnose and repair equipment; operate and have a sound technical

understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software

 Follow manuals and read complicated instructions; understand and carry out oral and

written instructions

 Communicate effectively in written and oral form

 Basic understanding of electrical safety procedure.
