WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING - LEADMAN

(Work base : Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities :

 Leading the RAC technicians for the regular maintenance of refrigeration machines such as blast freezers,

• spiral freezers, cold storage, chillers, ice machines, and air-conditioning;

 Providing technical assistance to the immediate superior in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of

 Regularly checking the status of equipment and machines under repair and after repair; and

 Overseeing the completion of tasks and ensuring that all safety protocols are implemented

Qualifications :

 Candidate should be a graduate of BS in Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air

Conditioning Technology or any related vocational courses.

 With at least 2 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.

 Knowledgeable in Installation of split type aircon, repair, and troubleshooting of any RAC Machines.

 Must have experience with Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration System

 Preferably with experience in supervising or handling manpower.

 Willing to work beyond the normal working hours

 Willing to work in shifting schedules
