Multi-Skilled Technician in Mindanao

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians (MSTs) to provide technical maintenance, support, and operational services. MSTs handle a wide range of technical tasks, including network, IT, and facility systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including gensets and air-conditioning units.
• Read and interpret MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural) plans.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and Daily Accomplishment Reports (DARs).
• Coordinate with clients to ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team and provide support across multiple sites.
• Follow safety and compliance standards at all times.
• Participate in continuous learning and skill development programs.

Qualifications :

TESDA NC II / NC III certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom or related technical field.

Skilled in troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret MEPFS plans (as-built or draft).

Flexible to work varying schedules / shifts and deploy across multiple sites.

Knowledgeable in basic technical tools and maintenance equipment.
