General Manager (Offshore Ops)

Position Overview :

The General Manager (GM) will oversee and lead all offshore departments and resources of Switch Supply. This role is responsible for managing, motivating, and supporting cross-functional offshore teams (including Sourcing, Procurement, QA, R&D, Warehouse / Logistics, Sales Support, and Administrative functions).

The GM will ensure offshore operations align with Switch Supply’s business goals, drive high performance through clear KPI measurement, resolve issues quickly, and manage escalations effectively. They will serve as the bridge between the CEO / leadership team in Australia and offshore departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
