Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction across air, sea, and land freight, customs brokerage, and logistics operations.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability.

Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and strengthen global partnerships.

Ensure compliance with Philippine customs regulations,and industry standards.

Manage budgets, financial performance, and key metrics to achieve company goals.

Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).

10+ years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.

Strong knowledge of Philippine customs, and international shipping practices.

Proven experience in business development, operational management, and financial oversight.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
