Part-Time Online English Teachers

We are expanding our talent pool of qualified teachers to provide quality online lessons to K-12 international students (primarily Asian learners, from Kindergarten to Primary). If you are passionate about teaching and want to gain extra income and valuable experience, we’d love to meet you!

At AirClass, we deliver exceptional academic support through a student-centered model that focuses on mentoring, monitoring, and coaching.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (any field, preferably in Education or English-related courses)

TESOL / TEFL Certification

At least 1 year of online ESL teaching experience with K–Primary 6 learners (Asian student experience preferred)

Strong command of English with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation

Ability to teach English effectively to young learners (K–P6)

Proficient in online teaching platforms (Zoom, etc.)

Stable wired internet connection and backup power source

Can create engaging lesson materials

Can commit to at least 16 peak hours / week (4 days minimum, including weekends)

Willing to commit to at least 6 months with AirClass

Tech Requirements

Device : Desktop / Laptop

OS : Windows 7+ or Mac

CPU : Core i3 (5th Gen or higher)

RAM : Minimum 4GB (8GB recommended)

Storage : At least 100GB free space

Headset : Noise-cancelling with extended microphone

Camera : HD (720p or above)

Internet : Minimum 50 Mbps (wired connection strongly recommended)

Schedule

Weekdays : 18 : 00 – 22 : 00 BJT (GMT+8)

Weekends : 08 : 00 – 12 : 00 & 13 : 00 – 21 : 00 BJT (GMT+8)

Minimum : 16 hours / week across at least 4 days

Weekend availability preferred
