Candidate Profile : Gender : Female

Age Range : 25–30 years old

Industry Experience : Must have a background in Real Estate (RE)

Skills Required :

Strong understanding of contract clauses and ability to explain them clearly to clients

Must be knowledgeable in compliance processes

Capable of preparing and presenting legal documents

Able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients during contract phasing

Job Title : Compliance and Contracts Admin

Position Overview :

The Compliance and Contracts Admin is responsible for managing the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents related to sales and leasing transactions. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations across the company and supports legal structuring for future services under One Global Realty and its affiliated business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and explain legal documents including :

Contracts to Sell

Letters of Intent (LOI)

Agreements to Sell (ATS)

Memorandums of Agreement (MOA)

Lease Contracts

Addendums

Assist clients in understanding contract clauses and ensure their concerns are properly addressed

Review developer contracts and co-brokerage agreements for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate with developers to validate project compliance and template formats

Audit listing files for completeness and compliance with internal checklists

Maintain version-controlled legal templates and digital document libraries

Ensure all legal prerequisites for payments and fund releases are met

Draft conditional release letters and other legal correspondence

Monitor turnaround times for document preparation and approvals

Prepare addendums for renewals, early termination, or dispute resolution

Provide legal support to cross-functional departments :

HR : Employment and legal letters

Management : Policy writing and structuring

Assist in drafting and reviewing service agreements for One Global Property Services (OGPS)

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field (Law background is a plus)

Experience in contract management, compliance, or legal administration

Strong knowledge of real estate sales and leasing contracts

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify legal language for clients

Highly detail-oriented and organized

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems
