Responsibilities :
Government Mandatory Compliance :
Ensure the organization’s compliance with all government-mandated regulations and reporting requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, etc.).
Prepare and submit all necessary reports, documentation, and payments to relevant government agencies accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in government regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
Manage and coordinate government audits and inspections, ensuring all required documents are readily available and compliant.
Legal Due Process & Compliance :
Administer and oversee legal due process procedures in employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations.
Ensure all disciplinary actions and terminations are conducted in accordance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and manage documentation related to employee relations cases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with legal counsel as needed for complex employee relations issues and legal compliance matters.
Policy Implementation & Monitoring :
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and handbooks in accordance with new and existing laws.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Relations :
Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
HR Administration :
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including policy updates, training programs, and compliance audits.
